Playsis Asakusa opened in May 2019. The word “PLAYSIS” is a combination of the English word “PLAY” and the Japanese word “SISSO”, which means “simplicity”. It was chosen in the hope that Playsis would be a peaceful place where guests from all over Japan and the world would gather to have fun.
We have rooms with a maximum capacity of 3 to 8 people, making it a great place for families or groups of friends.
Asakusa Station, where our hotel is located, is accessible from Haneda Airport and Narita Airport by direct train.
In addition to sightseeing in the popular Asakusa area, you can also walk to Tokyo Mizumachi (a new spot with cafes and restaurants) andTokyo Solamachi, home to Tokyo Skytree.
With over 300 stores,Tokyo Solamachi (where the Skytree Tower is located) allows you to enjoy shopping and gourmet food in one of the most atmospheric neighborhoods of Tokyo.
For breakfast, we offer bread and mineral water for free.

The hotel itself is well equipped; laundry, common kitchen with fridge and water heater, vending machine, even umbrellas for rainy days are available. We as a family with 4 people enjoyed our stay and would come back there.

It was about a 9 minute walk to Asakusa Station, which was very convenient for catching many different train and subway lines. it was a great place to come back and sleep after a busy day.
